Shipping Instructions

Shipping fee per package is $8.00.

Once you start placing your order, you will generate one order form for each audio/video source that you would like processed.

Upon clicking the “submit” button at the bottom of each order form you will be given a shipping address.

Include one order form for each VCR tape, LP or cassette.

45rpm record transfer orders will use one order form per CD. (up to five (5) 45rpm records per CD disc)

Please make sure your tapes are somehow labeled and follow these simple guidelines:

• DO include a check/money order for the amount of the total. Please make payable to: Michael Yowhan 
• DO CAREFULLY PACKAGE all or your recordings/media with their respective order forms in an appropriate cardboard box (or boxes).
• DO USE: extra cardboard, shipping peanuts, air bags, and/or other common packing materials to ensure that items are not damaged in transit.
• DO send VCR and Cassette tapes in their cases to minimize dust and packing material from getting into the cassette mechanisms.
• DO send records in their covers to prevent scratches.

PutItOnaDisc is not responsible for late, damaged, or misdirected mail.

Use your local Post Office, UPS or FedEx to mail your media and we strongly suggest that you insure your shipment.
