By receiving PutItOnaDisc Inc. terms and conditions you acknowledge that this is a binding legal agreement between PutItOnaDisc and users of analog to digital conversion services provided by PutItOnaDisc. Analog to digital conversion and duplication service offered is provided without warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. PutItOnaDisc disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. PutItOnaDisc does not represent or warrant that the services provided will be error-free or that defects will be corrected. PutItOnaDisc does not make any warranties or representations regarding the use of the materials provided in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Customer agrees not to submit materails that constitute pornography regardless of whether such materials are intended for the private use of the customer. If materials containing child pornography, PutItOnaDisc can and will take any and all legal action authorized or required by law. Limit of liability
PutItOnaDisc is not responsible for late, lost, damaged or misdirected mail. PutItOnaDisc does not warrant that analog to digital conversion services will fit all users' particular purposes, and is not liable for any damages or losses of any kind to the original media or material provided by customer. Liability of PutItOnaDisc is limited to replacement of such media with new blank media of the same type only. I am aware of the compatibility issues with some DVD player models. PutItOnaDisc will not issue refunds due to an incompatible DVD player. In terms of vinyl record transfers, the “Pop & Click” removal option does not guarantee the complete removal of any or all audio defects from original source material. As stated, pops and clicks wil be “dramatically reduced”. Limits due to Copyright Laws
By submitting an order Customer declares and warrants that all materials provided for conversion and/or duplication are not in violation of any copyright laws. Customer will indemnify and hold PutItOnaDisc harmless in respect to any claims or demands by any third party that infringes upon any Copyright law. The media and materials submitted were either created by Customer or Customer has the right (including "fair use" rights) to permit PutItOnaDisc to perform duplication services, or Customer has the permission of the copyright owner to duplicate materials and written release form is provided. If original media is a copyrighted movie that the Customer is not the copyright owner of, then only one (1) copy on DVD will and can be requested or granted, or if original media is a copyrighted music album that the Customer is not the copyright owner of, then only one (1) copy on CD will and can be requested or granted providing the following:
